Your Home Office Guru

1. Order Processing

All orders placed through Your Home Office Guru are processed automatically through our fulfilment partner, AutoDS. Once your order is confirmed, it is sent directly to our supplier network for packaging and dispatch.

Processing time: 1–3 business days (Processing may be slightly longer during peak seasons or holidays.)

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.


2. Shipping Times

Because we work with multiple trusted suppliers through AutoDS, shipping times vary depending on the product and supplier location.

Typical delivery timeframes:

  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Europe: 7–20 business days

  • Canada & Australia: 10–20 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–25 business days

Some items may arrive sooner, while others may take slightly longer depending on stock levels, customs, or courier delays.


3. Multi‑Item Orders

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. This is because AutoDS may fulfil items from different suppliers to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Each item will have its own tracking number (where available).


4. Tracking Information

Most orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Please note:

  • Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear.

  • Some international couriers provide limited tracking until the parcel reaches your country.


5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the supplier’s fulfilment cost.

We aim to keep shipping costs low and competitive across all regions.


6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While rare, delays can occur due to customs, courier issues, or high‑volume periods.

A shipment is considered lost if it has not arrived within:

  • 30 business days for UK, US, EU

  • 40 business days for all other regions

If your order is delayed beyond these timeframes, please contact us at support@yourhomeofficeguru.com and we will investigate or arrange a replacement/refund.


7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an order is returned or lost due to an incorrect address, we cannot offer a refund.

If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order so we can attempt to correct it before fulfilment begins.


8. Customs & Import Fees

Some international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes. These fees are determined by your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.
