1. Where do you ship from?
We work with a trusted network of global suppliers through AutoDS. Depending on the product, your order may ship from the UK, EU, US or international fulfilment centres to ensure the fastest delivery.
2. How long does delivery take?
Typical delivery times:

UK: 7–15 business days

US: 7–15 business days

Europe: 7–20 business days

Canada & Australia: 10–20 business days

Rest of World: 10–25 business days
Some items may arrive sooner or in separate packages.
3. Why did I receive my order in multiple packages?
To speed up delivery, items may be shipped from different suppliers. This means your order may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking number.
4. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear, depending on the courier.
5. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this, the order may already be processed by the supplier and cannot be cancelled.
6. What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we will replace or refund it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

7. Do you accept returns?
Yes — eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

Unused

Unopened

In original packaging
Some suppliers do not accept change‑of‑mind returns. Return shipping costs may apply.
8. Which items are non‑returnable?
The following cannot be returned:

Used or opened items

Personalised or custom products

Clearance or final‑sale items

Hygienic items (e.g., certain mats or ergonomic supports)

Items marked “non‑returnable” on the product page
9. Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are issued once the supplier receives and inspects the returned item. Processing times:

Bank/payment provider: 3–10 business days
Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
10. Will I have to pay customs fees?
Some international orders may incur customs duties or taxes. These charges are determined by your country and are the customer’s responsibility.
11. What if my order is delayed or lost?
A shipment is considered lost if it has not arrived within:
